• Use professional, extension-safe shampoo and conditioner.
• Keep hair hydrated with a lightweight leave-in conditioner or extension-safe serum.
• Brush gently from the ends upward using an extension-safe brush.
• Always use heat protection before using hot tools.
• Avoid excessive heat. High temperatures and repeated use of flat irons, curling irons and other hot tools can cause dryness, breakage and permanent damage to extension hair. Use the lowest effective temperature for your desired style and avoid repeatedly passing hot tools over the same section.
• Never leave a hot tool stationary on the hair.
• Avoid applying oils, conditioners or heavy products directly to the weft or attachment area.
• Never sleep with wet hair. Make sure hair is completely dry and secure it in a loose braid or ponytail before bed.
• For best results and longevity, follow the maintenance schedule recommended by your extension professional.

Remember: Human hair extensions can be heat styled, but they do not receive the natural oils and nutrients your own hair receives. Proper heat protection and temperature control are essential to maintaining their softness, shine and longevity.

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair extensions, returns and exchanges are accepted only on hair that is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original packaging with all seals and ties intact.

Once the hair has been opened, installed, colored, toned, cut, washed or otherwise altered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please check your shade, length and texture before opening or altering the hair.
